All Guard Storm Shutters just completed a fairly major Bertha HV perimeter accordion hurricane shutter installation on the front and rear balconies of my beachside condo. It was terrific from the buying experience (Brian) and field measuring (Frank), all the way up to the multi-day installation! (James and Adrian) All Guard says what they'll do, and does what they say (somewhat rare these days).
The Installational Department (Victoria and Robin) was very good at keeping me updated regarding the installation. I had a "cannot miss" hard deadline to get the shutters installed and they assured me it would be done - and sure encough it was! (I'm not gonna lie, at times I was skeptical, lol!) My install team, James and Adrian, were repectful, professional, careful and detail-orientated. It's hard for anybody to want or expect anything more. In short, they really did a great job! When the project was complete, they left my balcony clean and damage-free.
In summary, I received a superior shutter system (Bertha HV), for less overall cost, a much better warranty, and a level of installation craftmanship that the other competing shutter company we investigated could provide - in fact, the competing company offered a lower quality product with half the warranty and was significantly more expensive than All Guard.
I enjoyed a really positive experience with All Guard. I encourage you to give them serious consideration if you need new or replacement hurricane shutters. I bet you have a similar experiece. Good luck!
